- 0% reduction 1 child, 1 adult in Twin sharing
- Child with Extra bed sharing with 02 Adult (Age 05-12 Year) 70% of the package cost
- Child without Extra Bed sharing with 02 Adult (Age 02-04 Year ) 50% of the package cost
EXCLUSIONS
- Flights not included. Porter fees at hotels, airports and seaports. Visa charges
- Cost of items of personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar, etc.
- Porterage at ports or hotels
- Insurance or Medical Cover for any passenger GST or Taxes of any nature as applicable Tips, Laundry, Telephone, Mineral Water
- 03 Euro per day per person as tip to be paid to Tour Manager directly.
NOTES
- The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a roll away bed.
- Owing to EU hotel occupancy regulations, a maximum of 3 persons are allowed in a room.
- A surcharge may be applicable on certain departures.
- Due to operational reasons, the routing of this tour may be amended. However, all mentioned services will remain unchanged.
BOOKING TERMS
- All bookings must be made in writing
- A non-refundable deposit of EUR 300 per person is required at the time of booking. We will require a copy of the passport for each tour participant
- The final balance must be paid minimum 45 days prior to the departure date Bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival will require to be paid in full Procuring the requisite travel visa are the sole responsibility of the tour participant. / booking agent
